Cheryl Weaver is Certified Spiritual Director and retreat facilitator with Cedar Rock, a spiritual formation and marriage enrichment ministry. She holds a RYT200 certification in yoga with additional trauma sensitive training. She has spent over a decade integrating somatic and spiritual wellness practices in her own personal healing journey and is passionate about a holistic approach to soul care and overall wellbeing. She feels most alive when she is facilitating sessions and retreats that invite others to explore the ways they uniquely display God’s image, experience awe and wonder in the seemingly ordinary and receive the benefits of purposeful rest. Cheryl graduated from Harding University with a BA in Education in 1992 and has considered Searcy her home for most of her adult life. She and her husband Tim have three married adult children and four grandchildren and consider this season of life “the sweet stuff”.
